Comey is 6ft 8in tall; all his adult life, he's been the tallest man in any room.
When the spotlight swung upon the last 2 weeks of the 2016 election; it was a 
a once in a lifetime thrust: oppose Clinton and be in an Historical Spotlight!

A. FBI's Comey knew:

1. that making PUBLIC, on 10/28/16, the discovery of new Clinton emails  

Would MANIPULATE the election OUTCOME significantly-- by DECREASING

the votes for Clinton and INCREASING the votes for Trump..

2. He and his team KNEW that the new emails would PROBABLY add

nothing NEW to his investigation. He KNEW significant numbers of voters

would feel "enough is enough"; and conclude 'CLINTON is probably guilty". And,

consequently, vote against Her and FOR Trump. 40 million early votes cast 10/29 to 11/6/16.

B. Comey, therein, violated election law by "INTERFERING in the

process of an election and distributing MISLEADING info." (Wikipedia on Election Law)  

It became more clear later, that he knowingly did so.

C.. Comey engaged in "the distribution of MISLEADING information

in order to affect the outcome of an election." (Wiki on Election Law)
Comey, also violated the Hatch Act, forbidding High Gov Officials from helping 
a candidate win.

....."Acts which are technically legal but are considered..."OUTSIDE

the spirit of electoral laws, OR in violation of the principles of democracy."

E. Comey's UNFAIRLY TIMED public release of the new emails surely 

meets all criteria for illegality. His 10/28/16 action was ILLEGAL interference 
and a manipulation of the outcome of an election.

F. The SCENARIO of Comey's iIlegal interference with the process of

the 2016 Presidential election:

An ABC/Washington Post tracking poll, released on Nov 1, showed 

Trump had cut Clinton's 4 point lead in poll averages down 5 points, 

with Trump ahead by 1 point! The EVEN playing field -- racetrack to 

the White House-- had been made UNEVEN, it had been rigged!

This gain in voter support by Trump occurred DURING the 3 days 

immediately following the wide and full news coverage of Comey's 

letter to Congress (10/28)that the FBI was looking at new, potentially
criminal, new Clinton emails. The emails, later, revealed nothing new.

This "gave Trump a much needed boost." (-The New Yorker).By
Nov 6, the Clinton campaign had recovered the approximate 5 points

lost, during 10/28 to 11/1 , giving her, a 4 point lead in poll averages.

WHAT IF the 2 people at the FBI over Comey -- who told him 

NOT to go public so close to the election -- had stopped him!

They had the authority needed to prevent his going public!

WHAT IF the right and the fair had won out in that clash!
Comey's personal ego and need for power won out! Now, Lady
Liberty's torch could, very likely, be dimmed forever!

With the absence of that announcement of new emails, which
resulted in Clinton's loss of 5 points: it is logical that the Clinton
REGAIN of 5 points would have been a Clinton ADDITIONAL 

4 to 5 points: equaling a 8 to 10 point lead at the start of Nov 7! 

Trump would have had no rigged, falsely-based momentum!

WHAT IF more in the news media had given this weight! 

What IF the media had reminded the voters that the polls would 

show Hilary FAR ahead in the remaining days of the campaign, 

IF the UNFAIRLY timed letter about the new emails had not 

UNFAIRLY refueled the idea that Hilary would be charged and 

prosecuted by the FBI!

By Nov 6, just 30 hours before voting began, Comey announced 

that the new emails found nothing new against Clinton! This was

reported by news media during the last 30 hrs before the voting began.

UNFAIRLY, this news was given in merely scattered one sentence 

statements; as opposed to the full and sensational coverage of these 

new emails (for days) when they were made public. But, the Trump
campaign heard and was, reportedly energized by them.

The damage had been done, Millions of minds had been made up --

undecided, delayed verdicts had been finally assigned by about 5 % 

of voters to Hilary on the issue: that she likely, or possibly was guilty.

Many early votes had been cast and influenced by this almost endlessly

reappearing issue being a substantial factor during the few days
following the 10/28 Comey letter, as well as some in remaining hours..

The RACE for the Presidency was run-- during the last 10 days of 

the race-- on an UNEVEN racetrack! The LANE that Clinton ran

her campaign in, that lane suddenly encountered a muddy stretch of 

track during those 5 days. Her stride was slowed down; thereby,  

allowing Trump (free of a RIGGED, muddied running stretch) to 

catch her and pass her. Trump had a 1 point lead!

How did the mud get there? Why was it allowed to be made muddy? 

Where was the entity that oversees Presidential elections to assure 

that they are conducted fairly, and on a level, non-rigged, equally fair, 

campaign-running racetrack to the White House!

Why has this rigging of an election, this rigging of the American 

people's rights, dignity and future, not yet been challenged in court!

Will our children's and grandchildren's futures really be sacrificed 

on the alter of a con man's arrogance, coldness greed and bigotry!

A sacrifice made on the alter of the super rich-- that hold's
the upper 1/10th of 1 percent to be "5000 times more worthy"
(--Billionaire, Nick Hanauer says "nuts" to that idea) 

than the poor and middle class's men, women and children!

[not just Comey] interfered with the US Presidential election expressly
to help Donald Trump. That's the consensus view. Russia MANIPULATED
the election to that end." -- Washington Post
I. "Russia mounted a covert operation to help Trump." -- NBC
This included leaks about Clinton's emails.

"The peaceful and orderly transfer of power is a US hallmark; BUT, (1) A High US Official, FBI's Comey, interferred to affect the election outcome!





                                        

                           

And (2) Russia interfered to, successfully, help Trump Win!

RUSSIA and COMEY, therein, rigged the outcome of a US Presidential Election! 

What is PEACEFUL about these 2 attacks and violations of a US Presidential Election?

These 2 ELECTION VIOLATIONS, easily override and SHOULD DELAY the usual 

transfer of power! AMAZINGLY, Obama, House, Senate and the Supreme Court all 
remained silent. 

A REVOTE was needed 6, 8, or 10 weeks after the first! And the inauguration postponed!

Programmed for over 200 yrs; to cycle in a presidential change, this programming won the 

Day! And IN THIS automated march of Administrative power, we have lost much of the 
USA's founding spirit, democracy and purpose!"

Paul McCartney - John Lennon: Endless Legacy?

This duo, ranks at or near the top of great songwriting duos e.g. Rodgers and Hammerstein,

In a 2015 Esquire  interview, McCartney covered many topics. Here are the gists of three themes.

On Lennon and McCartney vs. McCartney and Lennon. Their manager, Epstein, and Lennon got to a meeting of the three early; and when McCartney arrived, was told the two had decided that Lennon and McCartney was good. McCartney said OK; but "McCartney and
Lennon is good too" McCartney said thinking he had Yoko on his side (that the order should depend on the song); when she called to change her view-- that Lennon and McCartney was the right credit!

His efforts to get his name first on songs he alone wrote, like Hey Jude, Yesterday, Let It Be, were met with considerable, public disapproval. Lennon had become a Martyr, Many fans complained e.g., "What a big head! Why does he want [on some songs] his name in front of John's?".

McCartney: "But is was nothing to do with big head, It's just to do with identifying who wrote
what. John did a real good Playboy interview [saying] "This is mine, this is Paul's." ..He said it.
"I thought it perfectly reasonable...and still do today. But I don't think it's achievable for some
reason."

ESQ: " 'Yesterday,' 'Hey Jude,' 'Let it Be.' Is it possible to conceive of you[r] writing anything
of that impact again. Perhaps no one could now."

McCartney: " ...we don't live in that culture anymore, that's true....we wrote good stuff... our
own...didn't have writers...happen again?...don't know...wish people well, but I have a feeling
it couldn't [happen again]."

ESQ: "...cosmically: how in the hell did you four [Beatles] manage to bump into each other?"
McCartney: "Cosmic, man. It is! Dead cosmic. I know that."

McCartney can't imagine retirement. Asked if he felt he still had something to prove?...
"But, then, I still enjoy writing. I still enjoy singing.....and maybe I could write something that's
just more relevant, or new!...

What a Coincidence (not really)! Over the last six years, The Author of this blog has TOTALLY rewritten -- transmuted and transformed -- the lyrics in 28 classic hit songs, including FOUR of McCartney/Lennon's top songs and one of George Harrison's!

This is called transforming a song to where it  meets all legal requirements for
"Transformativeness"!

This re-creation keeps and credits the McCartney/Lennon music (or Harrison) to them through
lyrics meeting "Fair Use by means of achieving transformativeness; and thereby, being
FAIR USE.

The owner(s) of the music, (and arrangement of music) still  receive their profits from these transformative, fair use, songs, when and if, they are released in the future!

Transformative-Fair Use; this entails different and unique CONTENT, MEANING, MESSAGE, PURPOSE and AUDIENCE, as well as, new, unique contribution to human well-being/the arts and social discourse/commentary!

To date, the lyrics of 28 classic,  hit songs have been totally rewritten to achieve "transformativeness "fair use via transformativeness!" They have been sang, recorded and produced in Heatherly's
bare bones home studio! And the (1) lyrics, (2) sound recording, (3) performance and (4). production rights, all are Registered in the US Copyright Office by Yours Truly..

The FIVE Beatle's songs, thusly transmuted thoroughly are:
Hey Jude    Let It Be   Yesterday   Imagine   Something    (Titles themselves cannot be Copyrighted.). Anyone can title their new song Yesterday, or Let It Be,  for example.

McCartney, INDEED, has first opportunity to purchase non-musical rights to the new transformative fair use derivatives of these songs. This includes First Release Rights.
All artists, who would, thereafter, cover his first release of the transmuted songs,
would pay him a cover royalty for his music..

This will be, of course, after McCartney buys back many of the Beatles top, hit songs, which
were sold under financial stress. He has benefited by the passage of time. Around 2017-18 (if memory serves this blogger) time opens this door to him. He has stated his intentions.to recover ownership of these song rights! [2018 Update: McCartney has reacquired ownership of his previously sold songs.]

The Child Within -- Remembered

We should never forget, my friends,
How our Common Soul gathered in,
Deep breaths of time, back when!

Still now, child within, remembers--
How Adult, still, wishfully creeps:
To re-catch sweetest love, through sleeps!
Glow of  revelation's embers!
And long-lost joys in childhood's leaps!

Don't forget spells within our reach,
That gathering wild berries teach!
Catching fish, storing food, once, reaped
Panting breath of ol' hide and seek!

Being, within child, remembers
The glowing of spirit, its shine!
From intimate concourse and consorting
With passages of time!

Being, within child, remembers
Spirit-time, before machine-time!
When all systems were go
For Earth-place, we could know,
As our rhythm and rhyme!

Being, within child, remembers
A time, before Ego's thrusts for power,
Released the tragic flood --
Automated bodies over concrete;

Before urban time and commercial feat
Crowded out rituals of mealtime!
And many of Life's sparks
That our Spirit was meant to greet!

Being, within child,  remembers
A time -- before speech suffered culture's breach!
When pure words from a primal spring,
Flowed true in Earthly, Human banks of time!

Being, within child,  remembers
Spiritual intercourse-- all living things
Within an Earthly Soul,
Sprouting  family-saplings,

Give Life as Soul; All One, Thus, Be

Cast to lands, though, far from thee!

Cast one breath; then all are free!

Into the heart evolved for thee! 

Common soul of humanity!

Into Earth-life emerged with thee! 

Cast soul into human cradle
Eight million strong-- Earth-life labeled!

Cast not into dead Lifelessness!

Be found! With soul, alive with bliss!

II.

Cast alms to poor? Feigned grace we see!

Cast soul to soul: soul-alms set free!

Give life and soul! All one, thus, be!

Sow soul as alms; reap humanity!

Wealth is power, and rules through this:

Parent and child shall have less bliss!

III.

What doth happen; it's plain to see

When, not oft', mind's and heart's refrain 

Meet-up, on Life's seldom used, sweet lane!

Oh, suddenly, our soul slips in!

Mind and heart's-- friend of old,

And bearer of Life's only gold!

Our world transforms, so pure and clean!

Our hearts hold seeds for Child's soul-light,

Wells-up and out-- our Human Spring!

Wakes, now, heart's lone, cold night!

And child finds home on father's knee.

All wealthy men take vows to this!

We Shall Know the Truth

The most thanksgiving of our lives?
Our look into all children's eyes!

Springs, here, the answer to all whys!
Souls, here, re-root; lest childhood dies!

Earth's sweet, human Soul need not die;
Boot's march for holy words. Boots lie!

Greed: brings the money changers' lies;
Love: springs all peace: from children's eyes!

When, all Lands, once again, kneel here:
Greed, war, fear:
Each of these, then, dies.

The Highest Love of Any God

Send Heart's Word forth to every nation:
There is no Heaven awaiting
The murderers of children--
God's sweetest, highest creation!

For, the highest love of any God
Is the Love of innocent children!

Children have been the most treasured members of humanity (and of
Social mammals), forever.  Will our actions of love for our children
Rise up! Into a declared war on the terrorisms that are killing our children!

In the West run by billionaires of global, hi-tech plutocracies/kleptocracies,
A handful of hateful, deprived hearts, here and there,
Can decrease the co-operation, compassion,
And practice of human goodness, family, and community, everywhere.


II. Children as the Source of Human Love

The essence of childhood
Is the Safeness of the Child's Loves

If millions of global, young people
Were organized to compose  Thankfulness lists,

Even, merely, short lists,
Of the cherishings
They are thankful for;

If these lists were messaged into ISIS areas,
And, via media, to home-grown terrorists everywhere--

Serving notice--
From airplanes high over
ISIS villages and cities--
That Global Children are
United against all terrorism.

The bulk of these lists would mention/refer to
Parents, siblings, family, friends-- held as child-birthrights!
Freedoms to grow, live, work, play and love together--

Midst peaceful homes, schools, streets, playgrounds;
Midst clear and free fields,
Of all kind and color of
Earth's innate human being, heart and spirit!

Thereafter, the driving selfishness
Of ego-centered individuals,
Grown as a cancer in the heart of ISIS belief,

Would suffer the irreversible blows
Of wide brotherhood, compassion and love,
Carried, since primordial, human beginnings,

As love flowing into our children
And flowing out from our children,

As the blossomings within human adulthood,
Into the fruitings of community,
Human goodwill, commonality and trade..

And, as well, sustaining our Humanity upon
This ancient, living Earth, jeweled with
The growth of manifold forms of Love.

When Life evolves to that place
Where Self and Life interface,
With Soul and World perceived as one,
Time and Being become as one.

This sacred matrimony, once in place,
Bequeathed, holds to its patterns and its pace.
Novel things break in to have their way,
Forsake such bliss for fancies of the day;

Wild oats of Ego fly at the face
Of downtrodden youth, still yearning for its grace.
Greed and lust run naked in the street,
Till Life confronts the Soul it has to meet.

Nature waits out these wars against her will;
The springs of Life, from tears, again refill.

Music, Song, Soul, Purpose, & Freedom

What sense is made of music and song?
But embrace the bond of human hearts as one!

Else, stay trapped in only room,  mind-body spree;
Trapped in the side-pool of the me, afloat  in self-centered sea.

Real music and song play us: like a child at our door with a kite!
Forms of the imagination's real and true flight!

In deep, reflective meditations of life; the soul opens like a flower to Sun,
Taps into music unplayable by instruments,
Except purest,  heart string's ladders rung.

Don't forget music and song were first created in primal, eco village,
And family camp! Don't forget that authentic happening informs
Of our real, authentic, unpolluted purpose, nature, value, and freedom- tillage!

Thus, the deep soul-self, or spirit-self,  re-becomes,  re-finds and re-enters
One of our lost, hunting grounds, creating song, music and village, our common centers.

Real and great songs and music need real and great receptions--
By souls--not just by fans' inflections.

If music does not leave us in some kind of spirit spell entreated;
It was not fully played, fully heard, or not fully and accurately created.

Great music and song release some portion of organic, human natures,
spirit, being and eco-community that oppression by civilization wagers.

To know why a tune or song exists; ask, what peoples,
purpose, values and social sector, prospered and embraced sound- steeples.

Ask: of the the musician or songster: which side they are on!
Ours? Or the sides of material riches, arrogance, excesses and empires come?

Hearing music or song, we leave the ego-self, get transported nearer home!
Somewhere between where the artist would have us, and our soul has known!

We have to make the leap back into our humanity's common soul!
There is no fence to sit on-- it's wings of hearts! Or path where asses stroll!

Art is known for momentarily, temporarily liberating, artist and patron.
Will it ever end subjugations and oppressions institutionalized by nation!

O melody and lyric! Combine for pure, free spirit!
O song! Restore pure relatings, that hearts stay lit!

Have thy sounds portrayed  the re-becoming of our souls!
Have voice and eyes retaken depths of where love grows!

Ring safe each child! Reclaim childhood, love stories!
Route out the artful hoax, ring in all kindness-glories!  .

What's Killing the US Economy

Do techno shots on paper, in movie, or Iphone screen
Lack what science and art imply they mean?

Is this magic show a seduction without end
To hide some lies on which we now depend?

Does the poet's eye of spirit-mind
Refute the eye of science-gadget mind?

Does this condensation of our speech
Reveal some truths that science cannot reach?

Will the poet eye rise-up to defy
The rampage-minds illusion that Picture's don't lie. ?

Will the spirit-eye go blind,
From the techno-eye, so prettily unkind?

Margaret Velma Arellano

Margaret V. Arellano was born March 6th, 1956 in S.E. Phoenix AZ to Manual

and Mary (Medina) Arellano. Her father. Manuel, was from Texas; Mary (or Mary's parents), also, from Texas. She had about 8 sisters and 2 brothers; all were raised speaking both Spanish and English.

Falling off a teeter-totter at age 8, resulted in life-long epilepsy.
Her attempts to hold a job following 3 years of college were dashed by this

primary affliction.

With her older sisters all married, she tried marriage four times, encompassing
about a total of four-five years of married life altogether. Spurred partly by step-

father problems, Margaret briefly married a Native American man while still
attending high school. Her three subsequent, brief husbands were white.

Bubbling over with delight, Margaret came prancing across the hospital ward

floor to meet Heatherly, on or about, July 1st 1981. (She and all but one of

her sisters favored white boys.) They both were quite smitten by the meeting.

She was released after 3 days; but he located her thru an old phone number

about a year later. Following about 3 weekly visits to her apartment, he took

a studio apartment next to her one bedroom. LS and Margaret attempted

a romantic relationship that LS left fully unconsummated for over 15 years. Factors were her marriages, 2 lingering old flames, old buddies, her nature as a tomboy, as well as Heatherly's marriage to his mission for humanity. 

While living briefly in adjacent apartments, she was fresh out of a marriage,

and marriage minded;  while LS, simply, sought her as a long-term, girlfriend

and sister-cousin largely missing in his childhood and adulthood development. After two months mixed with needed growth, fulfillment, as well as, frustration;
he told her that their special, beautiful friendship should be saved and
cherished. And to that end, he would revert back to visiting her weekly instead
of daily. He had very quickly become her confidant. LS had become quickly popular with some of her family, attending family parties about once per month (siblings included an editor, lawyer, counselor, small business owner, police officer, et.al.). He attended a family softball game and was by acclamation, appointed pitcher owing to his accurate pitching of hit-able balls over the plate. They called him "scoop": (maybe) having the scoop on any subject!

Margaret was puzzled and frustrated by his reserve toward her; but he had grown up without a sister; hence, that was his nature with women-- he was slow with women and was never to move in with one.

She was short on communication skills. Two sisters told her: "He loves
you!". Heatherly's anthropological, psychological, sociocultural,
philosophical mind and heart had long needed affection, for and from,
a unique, special, girl like her. She added to his regeneration after earlier months
of decline in his general health and well-being. She, as well, strengthened
the ongoing, psychological-spiritual-ontological-ecological-philosophical
pathway of one original, maverick's deep, wide Earthly soul on a
"ground-breaking" literary mission for humankind's well-being and
humanity's conservation and restoration. Her heart, and soul had their
reasons, as well, for their special friendship. She sent some 90-100 cards and notes the first 7-8 years! These served as memory re-runs for LS after she was gone; along with 200 other memories.

Earnestly, LS plunged into probing and discovering the natures of this
unique young woman's mind, heart, life-world, development and soul.
Many times after the 1st year, he said "I could write a book about
this unique, struggling, triumphant, beautiful, female soul midst the

But he was carrying a long gestating book, now appoaching term.
It is no exaggeration to say that her entrance into his heart and

self-life-world (acknowledged in his book) was one key relationship
of midwifery for the deliverance of his major work, The Last Human
Spring.

After about 9 months, their housing units went up for sale.

Whereupon, LS located an apartment she liked and helped her

make the move; as well as four other times in her life. Like close

cousins, (sometimes sweethearts), they continued their special friendship based on errands in his old cars and various outings once every 3 weeks for many years. Later on, 6 -12 times per year. On the fly, he took many more

pics of her than anyone in his life. The early part of this 23 year

period, entailed her last 2 brief marriages. She was a bus person;

LS a good, old car-person. Of Heatherly's few girlfriends in life

Margaret was the rooted, deepest and longest in his heart and soul.

Both he and her were not the marrying kind; and after her marriages, she

came to accept this about her life as almost innate with her handicaps.
