The night a first lady rose above--
Through her love of all children
Her love of one wide-known promise land--
To defend one president's term and stand.
By common measures of love,
She took old D.C. down,
And lifted up a nation.
Yes, Virginia, genome has a partner--
Our nurturome of love.
Now we know why that president
Has not been more strenuously courting congress.
He has been faithfully courting
A much more powerful, intelligent and graceful body.
