The Ontological Pollution of Humanity

"The destruction of the natural world [ecosystems-habitats] eminates from what we are as alienized human beings--from the kind of beings we have become. The environmental destruction is primarily within the environs of our human being-- the destruction of living nature's natural human being, her human nurtureculture, nurturome, and selflifeworld precedes and effects the destruction of the natural world enveloping us. When we come to realize that the pollution of our human being and soul-- material, biological, social, cultural, spiritual-ontological-- is primary to, and the source of, environmental pollution; we will have broken through our illusion, and can begin the real fight to preserve human nature, all living nature, and their home, Earthlifeworld (ecosphere)."

If we are ontologically polluted, are we doomed as a species? Can we accept our limitations and map a way out of here, or, essentially, does recognition of our inherent pollution mean "game over"?

Dear Mr Weidner,
You ask "does recognition of our inherent pollution [as a species] mean 'game over'"?

In the West's 6th complete system of philosophy (or philoscience); I write of not one we, but of two wes. Sometimes I refer to the species' we; sometimes to the civilizations' we.

It is the civilization-we (not some remaining natural communties) that is born into the ontological polutions of civilization. In Ch III, part D, section 20, "Seven revelations about Civilization," one myth I refute is that we come from, have been in, civilization for 5k+ years. If 90 % of the US people traced back to their 16 GGgrandparents, they find 75-85% were family farmers, with only a few of those farmers even literate. Literacy and the 5 other characteristics of civilization were still absent from their selves, lives, and worlds. The city -- over 5-10k people --has been the central characteristic of civlilization.

In civilization socioculture, as opposed to our species' 200k year-old folk or acivilization, or natural socioculture-- authentic to our human species--; babies are born into the
ontological polutions of civilization. The pollution often starts with the baby-bottle, It lacks
the immunities to disease that mother's milk has and lacks the interactive, bonding love
of breast feeding that in natural sociocultures lasts 18 months to 3 years. The list of artificial, toxic pollutions goes on from there throughout childhood and adulthood.

In short, scattered minorities of civilizaion-humans that behold the revelation of natural human culture(sociocuture); and commence to conserve and restore as much as possible (in each family-communtiy circumstance): these have a fair chance of surviving the coming "human decimatiom/extinction" unfolding when the scurges of civilzation become to much for science and technology to stay ahead of. There could be one
continuos decimation; or stages lasting hundreds of years. How many plagues, nuclear
bombs, and other interacting scurges cannot be predicted due to accellerating complexities.
"...thought-provoking, convincing...uplifting and wonderful...despite a negative view of the future." -- Dr Richard Jurin in JOURNAL OF ENVIRONMENTAL EDUATION, 6/22/2004

Renaturalized, renurturalized, regional, self-sufficient communtites will have a chance; others will be, in diverse manner, ,swept away by the artificial, toxic, adulterations of civilization-- with the help of Mother Earth's natural systems and phenomena reasserting
natural, ecological dominion-order-balance-systems

Any other follow up questions can be largely answered by reading the Table of Contents,
available free at both large online bookstores. This blog is not a forum.

Best Wishes on the artificialized, polluted, road of life, called civilization.
