I.
To save the stream, the sky, the forest tree:
Save the infant child going lost, but once home free.

If children cannot eat? Love ain't served on Culture's table!
If children must now die? We've hit the tab of love: to disable!
Why must we and Earth-life die? We study all; but cease to encradle!

Babe crawls, talks, walks and grows by nurture-means of love.
Dance for rain and Sun, for all outside and sky above;
But first, dance for shoots of primal, spirit-innards-- dance for love!

II.
Stewardship is the scientific substitute for what we've lost,
Natural love of Earth-life, and Her true humanity.

In civilization, we learn through mainstream environmentalism, to think
that we are the stewards of the land, of living Earth, even of humanity.
In reality, the opposite is the case, and more.

The Living Earth is far beyond any stewardship of humankind-- she has
created us through the evolution of Life! And She will continue to sustain
us; if we merely renounce and cease our violations of her ecospere's
nurturings, as well as, our violations of our natural, human culture: our
human nurturome, originally, very slowly, selected for us through ions of
humanity's blueprinted map of cultural pathways into becoming human beings.

Love is thicker than blood. Blood carries the family through bio-rebirth.
But, there is no anemia of blood so fatal, as loss of love in family-community.
Love deficiency anemia is passed not by genes, but by cycle
of love-deficient culture, urbanely increasing generation to generation.

Human beings don't merely grow biologically, into human beings.
They, equally, grow socioculturally into human beings. The new-
born baby is helpless without its sociocultural blueprint for
relationship-born growth. Genome bears forth the brain-body growth;
nurturome(culturome) bears forth the social-cultural-being growth.

Science holds that food+shelter+sexual reproduction+ learning
= human evolution and development. No baby will eat without love!
The proof that love is nurturome-evolution: this is in the pudding not eaten.

II.
Earth-life has created us -- evolved us-- through becomingism.
We can see this, in microcosm, in the fertilized egg's process
of becomings, from zygote into fetus, into embyro, into birth of
a human organism-- baby's crying and reaching out for the baby's
takings in of human being's developmental, relational phenomena.

If some of the new-born baby's developmental nurturome is missing
through toxic, pathogenic decay; then, some of human being, in life's
due course, will be missing.

Some four billion years of the evolution of Earth's life is summarized,
and witnessed-- particularly the last 600 million years, the Cambrian
explosion-- in the embryo's process of becoming, thru fish, amphibian,
reptile, and mammal, into becoming a human organism-- becoming
a baby born waiting-- to travel its rightful human pathways, its birthrights,
from human organism into human being, spirit, nature, identity, eco-culture,
reality and humanity's role in Play of Earth-life.

From memory's and longing's chord, melody slips

Into balance with life on Earth;
Renditions eco-spirit's rebirth,
Arrangements seek what life unfolds,
Taking stand as band for souls.

Enters natural village-protections,
Enters natural village-selections,
This orchestration, of humanity with Earth?
Music reaches for our natural rebirth!

III.
Take care, new music on artificial wing;
Fail not what soul would sing;
Be not false, elite artifact.
Honor ancient mission, meaning and tact.

Fail not spirit's human sociality,
Ritual, lore, love and culturality.
Fail not our organismicity's worth;

Robert Reich: Against Inequality

Riech's advice for incoming Presidents, "Expand the Earned Income Tax Credit--
a wage suppliment for lower-income people, and finance it with higher
marginal income tax."

His ideas were the basis for Bill Clinton’s 1992 election campaign slogan,
“Putting People First” (they were both Rhodes scholars and he met Clinton
on board the boat to England; he once dated Hillary too, though he only
realized this when a New York Times journalist rang him up and reminded him).

And they were still there at the heart of President Barack Obama’s inaugural
address last month. America could not succeed, said Obama, “when a shrinking
few do very well and a growing many barely make it.” What Reich, basically,
has been saying for three decades.

And saying how, since 70 percent of the economy is based on the middle classes
buying stuff, if they don’t have any money to buy this stuff, it cannot grow.
Meanwhile, the government has allowed the super-rich, the “one percent,”
to take more of the nation’s wealth. Half of the United States’ total assets are
now owned by just 400 people — 400! — and, Reich contests that this is not
just a threat to the economy, but also democracy. [debilitating to democracy]

At heart “Inequality for All” by filmaker Kornbluff, is a revolutionary film-- in
its dearest desire to precipitate a revolution in the way that we think about
economic matters. "The economy, says Reich, is not like the weather.
An economy does not exist in nature. We don’t have to settle.” And,
crucially, it can be changed.

"I had never done anything political before,” says Kornbluth. “I didn’t consider
myself political. But seeing his example, the way that he has fought this
fight for so many years has been an absolute inspiration to me." Reich's
students "really do walk out of his lectures and want to change the world."
The film is structured around a lecture, or rather series of lectures: Reich’s
incredibly popular wealth and poverty class at Berkeley. But it is only
loosely used as a vehicle

The film threads together evidence that many people know about — the
increasing struggle of the middle classes to just get by, the way that the
top 1 percent of society has unshackled itself from the rest of us and has
seen its income increase exponentially, and the ever-increasing cost of
the traditional avenues of improvement, such as higher education.

Reich charts the three decades of increasing median income after World
War II, a period he calls “the great prosperity” and then examines what
happened in the late 1970s to put an end to it. The economy didn’t falter.
It kept on growing. But wages didn’t.

The figures that Reich supplies are simply gobsmacking. In 1978, the
typical male U.S. worker was making $48,000 a year (adjusted for inflation).
Meanwhile the average person in the top 1 percent was making $390, 000.
By 2010, the median wage had plummeted to $33,000, but at the top it
had nearly trebled, to $1,100,000.

We hear Reich tell his Berkeley class. “Something happened in the la
1970s. Something happened.” And much of the rest of the film is working
out what happened. Some inequality is inevitable, he says. Even desirable.
It’s what makes capitalism tick. But at what point does it become a
problem? When the middle classes (in its American sense of the 25 percent
above and below the median wage) have so little of the economic pie that it
affects not just their lives but the economy as a whole.

Reich’s thesis is that since the 1970s a combination of anti-union legislation
and deregulation of the markets contrived to create a situation in which the
economy boomed but less of the wealth trickled down. Though for a while,
nobody noticed. There were “coping mechanisms.” More women entered the
workforce, creating dual-income families. Working hours rose. And
increasing house prices enabled people to borrow. And then, in 2007, this
all came crashing to a halt. “We have exhausted all the options,” he says.
There’s nowhere else left to go. It’s crunch time.

People may not be familiar with the theory of income inequality but they
haven’t been able to avoid noticing that they’ve got less money in their
pockets. “I’ve always thought that kitchen-table economics is the most
important topic to most people,” says Reich. “Their wages, their jobs,
getting by. I’ve always tried to relate economics to where people live.

That’s why I was so excited about the film.” The human stories of working
American families struggling to cope are at the emotional center of the film.
He was bullied as a child “because that’s just what happens when you’re
small” and repeatedly beaten up. “It’s never been a conscious thing on my
part but that feeling of being bullied, and feeling vulnerable, has stayed with
me. And maybe it’s because of that that I can empathize with poor people.
Because they are the most vulnerable. There is no one to protect them.”

In the film, he tells how he made strategic alliances with older boys who
could protect him. And years later, he discovered that one of them had
traveled down to Mississippi to register voters and had been tortured and
then murdered. “That changed my life,” he says.
“He’s an incredibly smart guy" says Kornbluff, "and he could have found a
way to correlate that into money as so many people do. But he never has.

He has absolute integrity. He draws a modest salary. He has this absolute
moral compass. Riech is a philosopher trying to rectify economic injustice.

The world has changed in ways unexpected since 50s 60s hopes. We fell
victim to what Reich calls “the huge lie.” That the free market is good.
And government is bad. Government makes the rules, Reich keeps on
reminding us, over and over. And it decides who benefits from those rules,
and who is harmed. And unprecedentedly, the rich are oppressing the poor.

Perhaps the most surprising voice in the film is Nick Hanauer’s. He’s just
your ordinary, everyday billionaire. One of the 1 percent. Except that he
believes — like Warren Buffett — that he doesn’t pay enough tax. And
that hammering the middle class, the ones who buy actual stuff, who create
demand, which in turn creates jobs and more taxes, is simply bad for the
economy. The system simply isn’t working, he says. It’s put the millionaires
and the billionaires, the Nick Hanauers and the Mitt Romneys — the people
that Republican rhetoric describes as job creators — at the center of the
economic universe, rather than what Hanauer calls the true job creators —
the middle classes.

The problem is, he says, is that they’ve been attacked from every side.
He was one of the initial investors in Amazon, a business of which he’s
“incredibly proud,” but he points out that on revenues in the last three
months of 2012 of $21 billion, Amazon employs just 65,600 people. “If it
was a mom and pop retailer, it would be 600,000 people, or 800,000 or
a million.”

Globalization and technology have played their role. But so has the
government. For decades, under both Republicans and Democrats the
highest rate of tax didn’t dip below 70 percent. Now, Hanauer says he pays
11 percent on a six-figure income. Hanauer believes that if he was taxed
more, he would be better off, because his company — he’s a venture
capitalist and his family own a pillow factory — would sell more products,
and he would, therefore, make more money.

This is inequality that is being led from the top. Reich’s charts show that
for years, chief executives’ earnings kept in step with other employees.
And then in 2000-’03 “It went kerbluey,” by which he means off the charts.
Which is where it still is. This isn’t just an American problem. “If there was
upward mobility it would be OK,” says Reich in the film. “But 42 percent of
children born in poverty in the USA will stay there. In Denmark it’s 24 percent.
Even in Great Britain, where they still have an aristocracy, it’s 30 percent.”
It’s probably a shocking statistic for Americans to hear. The problem is that
by every index you can measure, inequality is worsening in Britain. Its now
taking the same path we took.

One of the key moments for Reich was the underinvestment in education,
particularly higher education in the ’70s. This was when America introduced
tuition fees for public universities and its workforce started to fall behind the
rest of the world’s. When opportunities for those from low- and middle-income
backgrounds began shrinking: precisely where the U.K. is today. It's not
just that wages have remained flat in America — as they have in the U.K. —
it’s that the expenses of everyday life have soared, in particular education
and health care.Last October, an independent commission in the U.K. led by
independent research and policy organization, Resolution Foundation,
predicted that in 2020 wages for low-to middle-income families would be the
same as they were in 2000. And yet everything else will have gone up. Britains
too are facing the crunch.

Perhaps the unlikeliest thing about Robert Reich is how very chipper he is.
Even though, by every measure, inequality has got worse in the United
States since he started preaching his doctrine. He doesn’t seem to let it
get to him.

Riech tries to politely prod its people into looking at the world differently
rather than beating them around the head with a heavy wooden bat marked
“polemic.” But American politics has become so polarized, so ideologically
vicious, that it’s only a matter of time before it’s attacked by the right as
Stalinist propaganda. “But I’m used to that,” he says. “I’ve been attacked
at a personal level for the last 30 years. I’m just excited that this might
trigger a debate. Though I’m trying not to get my hopes up.”

Crunch time in the U.S. is looking ugly. Reich believes that both the Tea
party and Occupy movements spring from the same sense of anger and
frustration that people fear. That politics will become more polarized,
more extreme, more hate-filled. One of the key pieces of research that
Reich cites is a study of tax data by Emmanuel Saez and Thomas Piketty
which shows that the years of peak income inequality in America were in
1928 and 2007. Right before both crashes. “The parallels are striking,” he
says. It’s also striking what happened in the years after 1928. How in
Germany, to take a random example, worldwide depression also led to
a vicious polarization of right and left. And certain other outcomes.

And yet, despite, it all, he remains hopeful. “Change has always been
difficult,” he says. It’s why he teaches. If he can’t change the world,
maybe his students will. Or people who watch the film? I ask and get a
classic, understated, deadpan but not entirely unoptimistic Reichian
reply. “I’m trying to keep my expectations in check.”

Sprouting sounds from heart's perennial ground,
Ringing out the universal, song-garden,
Singing shared humanity, unbound.

In the end, alone, one call is there:
To share or not to share,

To free or not to free--
To be or not to be.

Ancient Map, 1200 Years-old

"....a rock containing what is believed to be an ancient map
has emerged in the Mississippi River in southeast Missouri.
The rock contains etchings believed to be up to 1,200 years old.
It was not in the river a millennium ago, but the changing course of
the waterway now normally puts it under water — exposed only in
periods of extreme drought. Experts are wary of giving a specific
location out of fear that looters will take a chunk of the rock or
scribble graffiti on it.

"It appears to be a map of prehistoric Indian villages," said Steve
Dasovich, an anthropology professor at Lindenwood University in
St. Charles. "What's really fascinating is that it shows village sites
we don't yet know about."

In Memory of Margaret Velma Arellano

Margaret Velma Arellano was born

March 6th, 1956. She was born to
Manuel and Mary Arellano in S.E.
Phoenix AZ, having about 8
sisters and 2 brothers. At age 8, she
fell off a school teeter-totter and was
afflicted with epilepsy for the remainder
of her life. Her father was from
Mexico and her mother(or her parents)
was from Texas. As children, Margaret and
her siblings spoke both English and Spanish.
Her attemps to hold a job after 3 years
of college were dashed by her primary
affliction. Following her older sisters,
she pursued marriage 4 times,
encompassing about 4 years all together.
Spurred partly by step-father problems,
she briefly married a Native American man,
while still in HS. Her other 3 husbands were white.

Bubbling over with delight, she pranced across the hospital ward floor to meet
Heatherly, on or about July 1st 1981. (She and all but one of her sisters favored
"white boys".) The two were a bit smitten instantly. She was released after 3 days;
but, he located her, again, about a year later. Following about 3 weekly visits to her
apartment, he took a studio apartment next to hers. LS and Margaret attempted a
romantic relationship that LS left unconsummated for nearly two decades, due to her
other men friends, past and present. She was, indeed, one half tomboy. Fresh from
a marriage, she was after a husband; he, more simply, sought her as long-term, monogamous
girlfriend. After 4 months of days mixed with frustrations, he told her that their
beautiful friendship should be saved; and to that end, he would re-commence seeing
her weekly so each could have that to cherish. He fairly quickly became her confidant.

Heatherly was quickly popular with some of her family (a lawyer, an editor, a
psychologist, a police officer, a business owner, et.al.). He attended a family
softball game (his accuracy, by acclamation made him the pitcher) and several
family parties. Margaret, was puzzled by his reserve toward her; she was short on
communication skills. Some sisters repeatedly advised, "He loves you." Heatherly's
philosophical-psychological-anthropological heart and mind had long-needed
affection for and from a girl like her. She fed his regeneration after an illness, and
played a vital role in strengthening the ongoing pathway of one unique, maverick, lieteray
soul on a breakthrough mission for humankind's well-being. Her heart and soul had
their reasons as well.

Earnestly, LS plunged into probing and discovering the nature of this unique
woman and her lifeworld. Many times later, he said, "I could write a book about
her." After almost a year, Margaret's housing came up for sale; whereupon LS
located her an apartment she liked, and helped her make the move; and, eventually,
four more times, in coming years.

They continued their friendship based on their outiings every 3 weeks for many
years, then, later on, 6 to 12 times a year. This period entailed, for Margaret, 2
subsequent short-lived marriages. She was a bus-person; while LS was a good, old
car-person. Of LS's few girl friends in life, she was the dearest in his heart. Both not
the marrying kind, she did come to accept this about herself. Pics = 1000s of words.

The singer's ego and personality, along with voice, unite in an artistry
of artificials, overriding and burying the common, sharing human soul.
Songsters and music are left to excavate fleeting embraces of the human soul,
originally, freely shared within the whole self of family-communty-ecovillage.

Words, words, words; music, music, music! What artificial inequities have been
seductively created via ego-self, industry and commerce! All part of an escalating
destruction of Earth's natural, free-flowing humanity!

The growing of one Modern Royalty! Performer/artist's royalties are not called
royal-ties for naught. Democracy has been programmed into the glorification
of personal empires of power and opulence.

The bancruptcy of civilization is seen, for one, when its songs are of the
individuals desire's and loves; when the heart is centered in selfish, personal,
affairs/matters of the heart and material gains to the body's life. Human family,
community and soul are abducted. These siren songs stealthily help carry humankind
onto the endangered species list.

Gone, long-ago, are natural, human song and music-- millenia-old! Once, Humanity's
indigenous, natural, authentic songs and music were central to village ceremonies,
celebrations, spiritual requests, thankfulness, inclusiveness and unity! Natural songs
express, manifest and sustain village, tribe, family, birth, death, puberty, marriage,
hunting, fishing, rain, harvests, harmony. Ultimately, songs must represent the innate,
ecological-ontological-spiritual sacredality found in Earth's humanity. Instead, they
increasingly center on the wealthy one percent's reception of time, money and
idolatry from the oppressed masses.

The story of songs and singers in the Modern Age is the story of the
artist's ego and voice out-singing the lyrics, out-performing the song, and out-casting
(what little, if any) meaning, message, social value and well-being delivered.

With all high-tech communications, the medium becomes the message.
The medium of television stood out early. But preceding TV, the medium of
ego and personality, bonded in marriage, was and remains the message. One
measure of a great song is how it, nonchalantly, outlasts all singers of it.

An authentic, human song delivers and shares some of the naturally selected,
deposited, layered and patterned gold and gems of universal, human culture and
soul. These are bequeathed, generation to generation, through eons, of natural
human culture-- families, camps, villages within ecosystem-habitats of Earth.
Todays Modern sci-technics, commercialism, materialism and Plutocratic,
oligarchic empires feeds on the decay and oppression of our human nurturome
(or culturome).

Humanity is a human, sociocultural ecosphere within and part of
Earth-life's ecosystem-habitats. The natural, authentic, human song
excavates lost treasures that have been oppressed and overrun by
civilization socioculture's arrogant enterprises, disenfranchising the people.

These lost, ecological and human purities are recaptued by one, or a few
artists, working away at the real work-- of excaving our lives, beings, cultures
and souls. They dig up and regenerate from 'civil', phoney, elitist constructs
our humanity's full, whole, ecological self-life-world midst Earth-life!

True artists are representative human beings: representing Earth's human
species. A species infected by the invasive, alien violations infected into
humanity by an arrogant one tenth of one percent, vitally assisted by the
entire one percent.

Getting to brass tacks: how can a largely pure and natural act of human sharing:
delivering humanity's recaptued sounds, movements and language; how can this
natural action occur on an artificial, commercial stage, and surrounded by a largely
artificialized, commercialized, dispirited, disheartened, dis-souled audience?

Art often talks the talk of soul. But, its delivery arrives, bearing nearly
nothing of soul, nor natural, common sense and fairness.

Further still, how can the singer and musician pull up from human depths;
then, grasp, maintain, and share human purities of sound, language and human
presence itself; whilst swimming in a sea of diverse toxins created and
defended by a greedy, dominant one tenth of one percent of the people upon
the Earth!

Any redeeming carriage of purity and naturality into the artificial systems
and ideologies of civilization is, merely, illusory. The general reality of
music is hoax, sham, egoism and creative self-rightious elitism. It is a
creative-art empire-kingdom-complex.

It is only by slight of hand, movement, sound, imagination; by slight of
language, light, high techics, fantasy and spectacle, that such illusions and
delusions regularly are disguised as glories of elitist, stratified, oppressive
civilizations.

The democratic spirit represents:
power to the people.
The Modern Artistic spirit represents:
power to the artists diverse, commercial empires.

Art is ceaseless paths to human liberations.

Art is not the artist: the ego freshly sold.
Art is democracy, springing fresh, barely told.

To feast on artist is idolatry forlorn.
Art is villageocracy ceaselessly reborn.

Art redeems our besieged human nature:
The Soul's tongue, without regard for nomenclature.

The spirit-storm felling written storied-steeple;
Art is the instinct to liberate the people.

Art is the fair, naturally selected rights restored;
The call, to which artist, by conscience is implored.

All are inspired; all reborn and able.
Our Soul kindles light upon this table.

Behold not stage: for artist's limelight glow;
Soul-art, not artist, is truest light of Home we'll know.

Love's Decline: the One Percent's "Philanthropy"

The greatest Freudian slip of 'civil' human tongue: philanthropy's "giving back"

*    *    *    *    *

Philanthropy flows from the buyout of the human heart;
Its pools are treasons to humanity, our conquest by materialism and civilization

*    *    *    *    *

I. Civilization's Cohersed Social Contract

Giving and taking is different, in the nature of life, from giving and receiving!
Did the material wealthy receive their wealth from the fruits of the land?
Did they receive wealth from the free fruits of the free people's freely given labor?
No; for the land is deceitfully taken; the people deceifully relieved of innate freedoms.

This is accomplished thru a deceitful myth and bargain, werein,
the people are made to confess a social contract with some sort of royalty--
that they need the royalty's skills in order for their lifeway to exist.

The royalty confesses no need, no dependence upon the people.
For, peoples are diverse and many; competition creates division, shortege and violence.
Their rulers are few and generally agreed on their stolen lootings, on their happy lots.
Upon divisions midst rulers; the people must die defending their particular royalty's
enslavements of natural lands, seas, ecosystems and peoples.

II. Philanthropy: Human Compassion in Decline

We, particularly, in our oligarchic Time and Age, have come to glorify an
odd, disconnected, fabricated form of compassion called philanthropy.
We need desperately to rethink long and hard, this utterance coming through
the mouth, and coming from the rationalized,  buy-out of the human heart as
payment to civilization's materiakism: as treason to humanity, committed by the wealthy.

Arriving on the site of our Earthly human, species' soul, we need to excavate
deeply into our collective, human psyche, reaching the depths that uncover
and expose the deep, hidden, mostly subconscious, meaning in the expression
used by the wealthy to describe philanthropy: "giving back."

Freud largely turned away from the collective psyche, in fear of becoming
a prophet. We need no prophets now; the evidence is at hand for all who
excavate the lost courage of our species' human heart to see innate, human
egalitarinism, revealed in our 200,000 year-old villages and seasonal camps.

Contemporarily, about one percent of humans, through privileged class,
institutions, and laws designed for and by this elite, have created and legalized
snobbish, greed, arrogance and unfairness; they have successfully portrayed,
disguised and officialized themselves as superior, majestic, and as an
all-deserving, secular royality.

These aberrational, transmuted humans, having uprooted their social
conscious through the above feature of civilization, connive to take peoples'
lands, home-utensils, innate freedoms, and birthrights --innately held, as
innate attributes of precivilization community-- by the peoples of Earth
through folk, common law, and through our human species' laws of
human nature, being, spirit, identity, and reality.

They seize all Earthly and naturally-human treasures, originally
bequeathed to humankind, generation to generation through centuries
and eons, by indigenous, folk (noncivilized, noncaptive, non-citified),
Earth-rooted, folk humanity-- by acivilization socioculture.

These conquerors, having satiated their anti-natural indulgence
and desire for art(ificial) power over fellow humans, having abandoned
kind and kin, i.,e.,Earth's human species; and leaving little left
to destroy, but Earth's air, waters, mountains and manifold species
of Life; they return, thereafter, ten to fifteen percent of what they have
deceitfully stolen, proclaiming and recording this as a newer, higher
form of charity and benevolence, termed, philanthropy.

Readers, bear in mind, that, if unsanctioned, common thieves and burglars
should start returning a portion of the peoples' rightful belongings, earlier
stolen; would we, then, call this philanthropy or, rather, criminality!
Such is the nature of civilization's wizard-elites: the people are made blind
by a curtain of gold and jewels, a curtain hiding their naked, fallen,
grotesque and dehumanized rulers.

In civilization, might is, deceitfully, portrayed as right!
Then, it partially returns stolen, human rights,
in form of condescending love, sham royalty and righteousness.

Might is scripted by modern civilization, in the role of sham love!
Little loot of "progress" is returned; and, this cloak and dagger act
is performed on a fortressed stage of celebritic limelights!

Atomistic egoism excitedly creates!
This, and more, for the artificial, human states!
For the triumph of unrooted, fleeting fun!
To Human-Earth conflagration, happily we run.

No meteors strike; no volcanoes darken Sun,
Alien images pierce imagination,
Storm mind and home, sack our creation;
Slay human nature's culture: technics are the gun.

Tech-speech and arts have won
Our natural, human soul, for fun.

Yet, soul's revelations ever deploy
To culture's darkness: light of eternal, human joy.

Earth's human life gives lovings thereof.

We live as humans be(ings),
Therefore, we love.

We love, therefore, we are

We live as loving human being;
Therefore, we are unfolding lovings.

We be-- unfold-- our manifold lovings;
We love, therefore, we are.

In our beginning, we loved;
Growth evolved our lovings; then speakings of.

We may speak without love;
We may love without speakings of.

We can think without love.
We can love without thinkings of.

Babe loves before speaking of;
We love babe, babe loves us.

The being of human being is thus.

Our Sun is not a distant star;
Its within our soul and flesh; not far!

We love Sun, Earth-life and us;

Children Born Free: Natural Culture

Youth of the 1960's and 70's counterculture were told: "Get your act
together!" More recently, the acts on the stages of the human Circus-Zoo--
called "modern civilization"-- are more automatically programmed via an
artificialization of childhood. But, a deeper pondering asks: of what kind, and
of what merit, are these un-natural, unecological choices! These fabricated
choices made on such slippery, mechanical slopes! And provided to our
children throughout youth's long, dietary, spirit-being-culture-mind salad of
scientific 'certainty', spiritual-ontological confusion, high-technicized senses
and perception, digitalized language and relationships, spiritual-ontological
frustration, commercial adulteration, and the ego's inflation that eclipses the
whole human self -- human self as organismic union of family, community,
mind, consciousness, being, spirit and culture; all within Earth-life!

Is this chaos of exploding, fragmenting, naturally evolved, human being and
socioculture merely stuff for social theories, and engineered,corporate,
cultural empires! Merely stuff for humanity as egocentric careers and
comodities! Have not our pesonal selves, our families, our communities, our
cultures and our particular ancestors emerged from, with and by means of,
our long-running, natural humanness; carried through, and around, written
historical time; carried through and around history's enslaved, subjugated,
human being! Carried primarily, by our innate, evolved, organismic, naturalistic,
Earth-folk Society and Culture! By the Earth-life-Humanity relationship!

Dare we evoke, through deepest human restorations, a deep soul-rebellion!
Shall we proclaim that our very humanness cannot be perpetuated, be
socioculturally reproduced, be sustained, for human posterity without sufficiently
preserving our root human being, nature, spirit and culture, all resprouting
from our, original, Paleolithic being! That we must and we shall, excavate our
200,000 year-old ecovillages as birthrights of our human species!

Shall we abandon achaeology of things for archaeology of our soul! Shall we
replace excavations for career's passion with excavations for lost, wide, deep,
manifold, human loves. Loves, once, innate and free.

Evil is not something determined rightly by the past:
By ideologies, religions and creeds; all replete with evils hath.

Evils leave production lines of civil-izations.
Filtering-outs of human nature, to fit exalted nations.

Pollutions of Earth's evolved human nature, a rationale of reason;
Midst spirit, soul and Culture's inter-growths of being.

Living ecosystem-habitats encradling human species past!
Our own invasive, violating species, devolving as the last.

Close fettered human eye and perception to flashing lights;
Reawaken consciousness of spontaneous birthrights.

How this desecration of our Soul, with scarcely a fight!
Why dark conflagrations in a species once so bright!

Chart human searchings into re-cleansed apprehension
Engage our restorations, Human pathways to redemption.

II.
Art is not what human egoism creates.
It's what the soul-miner recovers and reinstates;

It's dredged up and panned out of buried human soul.
There is no equity beyond this human gold.

No other real work on the stage;
No canvas, clay; no Golden Age;

No other story to be told;
Just our becomings, again, to unfold.

Occupy Wall Street: Re-Occupy Dignity & Human Rights

The elder pundits and politicians are wrong multifariously, about OWS!
What the OccupyWall Street Movement has begun will transcend the politics
and issues of our, particular Time.

This rebellion is wide and deep within civilization's oppressions of heart and soul;
decades in its waiting; and beyond media's tunneled, commercial vision.

The human spirit and soul have, previously, waited through decades and centuries
of injustices and oppressions for the sociocultural moisture needed to resprout our
humanity toward recapturings of our innate freedoms.

Toward our "truths to be self-evident,"
for our "all men are created equal,"
for our "certain inalienable rights,"
for our "liberty and the pursuit of happiness."
For all human blessings innately endowed.

This is a reaffirmation, of what democracy, as well as the American Revolution
affirmed: that the common people have innate intelligence, abilities, rights and
dignities. Such innate, goodly attributes, that in the course of civilization's events,
are taken from them, upon the Golden Rule's protection being overrun.

In civilizations, the Golden Rule, is widely advocated;
yet, through smooth law and priviledge, is abrocated.
Midst civilization's greedy action,
The Golden Rule very easily goes missing in traction.

The only golden rule on Wall Street is: seize and hoard the gold,
the currencies and equities representing it, into deceitful pockets, legalized to hold.

This rebellion, spontaneous as a Springtime, is quite likely, a fresh quickening
of the West's Last Human Spring, started in the 1960s. And it will likely shoot its
sproutings up through the Winter of Western Civilization for decades to come,
to say the very least.

This rebellion could, conceivably and likely, play a key role in sociocultural justice,
as important, or more so, as the Civil Rights and the Environmental Movement.
It is, conceivably, the beginning of a much needed, unprecedented, American
and Human Revolution, in unity, against a constellation of injustices and oppressions.

Did the US Founding Fathers intend for new, alien, invasive, cultural growths,
marked by inequality and oppression, to occupy human, sociocultural landscape!

Such forces overwelming us, recently in particular, have been progressing and
accelerating -- through high-tech, commercial, financial, oligarchical, plutocratic,
global, corporate empirism, and other alien, anti-human forces-- for over
50 years now, 30 of which have seen the oppressive rule of free market orthodoxy.

Free market orthodoxy, courtesy of Ayn Rand, is the oppression of the peoples' innate,
inalienable, abilities, goodness, rights and dignities via the desires, and educated,
legalized thievery, of the greedy top 1% measured by income and assets.

These toxic, sociocultural artificials do not spring from any USA nor any human,
sociocultural DNA. Genes and DNA are material and physical; and this recently, popular
metaphor denoting favored, social behavior and events is fundamentally ungrounded.

Language, falsely influenced by the Human Genome and its Projects, has
increasingly acquired a new euphemism for favored, sociocultural phenomena:
"it is in our very DNA." (meaning in our sociocultural genome or epigenome).
As usual, what is "in" by verdict of new science and lingo, is completely false.

This quickening of rebellion, --which, as most before it, is not just American,
but human--springs from our social and cultural humanity, deep within us.
It is phenomenal-social-cultural-spiritual-ontological-ecological-epistemological!
It is not material, genomic, nor epigenomic! This rebellion springs from
our human spirit and soul's natural need to be free-- free of artificial obstructions.

As natural to humans, as to buried seeds, waiting for enough moisture to sprout;
this is oppressed humanity's endurance of thirst for freedom of spirit and culture.
Natural freedoms set fruit in social primates, grown-harvested as natural humanity.

OWS's Human Spring is our Founding Father's and our ancient
nurturing's--our human nurturome's-- resurgence of mind, heart,
spirit and soul. It is the regeneration of humanity's Earth-evolved,
indigenous, primordial, eco-sociocultural humanness.

The Human Spring now witnessed in the OCW Movement is
an expansion of the Environmental Movement's innate impulse
to save the Earth's pristine wilderness and wildlife: expanding this into
a revelation that we must save--through cleansing and restoration--
our natural freedoms; as being a part of Earth's evolutionary creation of Life.
The destruction of rain forests, lands and waters is human self-destruction.

There is still a deeper revelation: the pollution and layered burials
of our humanity within--our heart, spirit, being, culture, and soul--
this inner pollution is the ultimate source of the pollution-destruction of
the Earth-life 'outside us'-- outside our city-selves, lives and worlds.

Long-live the resurgent growth and triumph
of the heart and soul's innate needs:

Long resurging atop the growth of the body and mind's
mere personal and ethnocentric desires.

All human regeneratings blossom heart and soul, in human Spring's season,
to yield fruit above egoism's makeshift, selfish stems of reason.

May OWS become a Human Spring;
and fruit again into a Human Summertime.

Love, Soul and Liberty

Oh, our besieged, Human Soul!
Rise through rebellion into a Human Revolution,
Mark your rebellions against a constellation of injustices,
Engulfing humanity's sociocultural firmament.

Resist civilization's perennial coldness and darkness;
Embrace resurging liberties of humanity and Earth-life:
Re-light ten thousand campfires to enlighten lost, human rights;
Recapture Earth, restore cultural Sunlight, and social firmament.

Speak the basic word to deceit, to social fabrications:

Finality of Love: Depths of the Human

The truest seekers
Of humanity's light, warmth and splendor;
Of magnanimous, manifold love;
Rediscover our oldest treasure:

Their bounty is Love-- all its natural, ecological, manifold forms,
Reigning as original force, original phenomenon, the roots of humanity:
Of our development, well-being, fulfillment and sustainability.

When we say or feel, "Love is God",
We are in deepest, human togetherness.
There is no reversing this into: God is Love.
We break free on Earth; as one humanity of Hers, at birth!

We skirt free of attaching human traits,
And diverse, conflicting, cultural characteristics
Onto competing man-made Gods of diverse arrogant civilizations.
Earth's commons of humanity--our ecovillages, our souls--recover unity.

All civilizations represent a disintegrative invasion; an anti-Earth nature,
A penetrating, anti-human nature, an alien, artificial form of socioculture;
A violation of Earth's ecologically created, natural socioculture.
Natural culture and society mark and define Earth's natural humanity.

Through Love's universally shared map (nurturome) to human behavior,
Relationships, activities, values, spirituality, culture and lifeways;
Love becomes triumphant, uniting all humankind in unity.

Nations, empires, and all un-natural, un-ecological,
Un-just accumulations of un-human powers, crumble thereupon.
All humans become united as one human condition of being.
All return to evolved, universal, natural, human eco-villages.

When "Love is God" replaces "God is Love";
We are in harmony, in cooperation, as human family on Earth,
Midst other naturally selected, created, interdependent,
Inter-grown families(species) of Earth's life.

From this, Earth's humanity emerged.
To this, humanity, restored into Earth's human nature,
Will return in finality, cleansed of civilization.

Epilogue

The finalities of both love and and real, human philosophy
Are the resurging branching, blossoming and setting fruit:
Our fallings: into perennial, archetypal, Earth-Human villages.

We are our only real fruit: our humanity.
Our soul flows free: with the grace and humility of Earth-life;
Or clots in blockage: with the arrogance and futility of civilizations.

The Real 9-11: Humanity's Tragedy

PROLOGUE:
9-11 --all massive, human killings-- defy conventional truth, reality and meaning.

I.
Feeling out of sight, for meaning, love and grace: What is human tragedy?
Slaughters of wars, acts of terrorism, are attacks on all peoples, of all civilizations.

Citizens of various nations, peoples of all races, creeds and religions:
All this humanity, all 'civil' humans, all were in those twin towers.

II.
All humanity of every nation is maimed and killed on all battlefields.
All humanity is victimized by murders, robberies, rapes, by any crimes.

All cultural enslavements, all social inequities, any dehumanizations, are ours.
We all are both the victims and the accomplices.

III.
We ourselves leaped from those windows, were killed or burned alive.
All peoples of all fallen civilizations, by original, human nature, are one people.

IV.
Common, human soul is our Earthly redemption, the oldest, human revelation.
All human exploitations, oppressions, and deaths are ours.

V.
Someday, we shall re-unite as one, in balance, with Earth-life.
Somehow, we shall diverge from the artificial roads, leading to 'civil' atrocities.

VI.
Of oppressions, we shall teach our children: behold yourselves, your families!
Behold: manifold love marks our path, our soul, our humanity.

VII.
The babe, at breast, waits manifold love's all knowings;
We seek human being's becoming-- love's unfoldings.

EPILOGUE:
Liberty's love is deeper than us right here against them over there.
It is the found us within the lost us:
The waiting to be restored us.

Constitution of the United Humanity of Earth-life

We hold all Human truths on Earth to be evidenced from our Beginning;

we hold Human realities, and Human-Earth self-consciousness as indigenous.

Humanity and all Earth-life forms have been created in Unity;

original Unity is disintegrated by the adulterations emergent in civilizations.

Our constitutional human nature, spirit, life and being consist through

our inter-active communal, whole identity, our sharings of lovings:

Through the communality of these identifications and manifold loves;

through speech, song, dance, plants, animals, land, water and sky.

Our evolvings-becomings, our collective condition as Earth-human beings,

are experienced via our becomings-unfoldings of Earth's naturally evolved humanity;

These unfoldings require no permissions, from civil egoism, empire-religion

nor arrogant, invasive constructs and enterprises, debilitating to our Earth-humanity.

Repeatedly, love's embraces, disclosings, and unfoldings, within human souls,

battle civil toxins, and reclaim this humanity, so long infected by civil-artifact artificials.

Naturally, evolved, unadulterated humanness, innately engages pure Earthness in Unity;

Earth-Human Unity (via nurturome) carries birthrights and essences to Earth's peoples.

We hold Love's Unity as the inalienable, whole source of sustainable, human blessings.
